FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The “post event” virtual conference registration includes access to the webcasts for 3 months after the conference.
If you have already registered to attend the face-to-face conference in Barcelona, you can change your registration to the virtual conference, or vice-versa (virtual to face-to-face), provided you send the request by email to ebcc@eortc.org by 5 October 2022. You will receive a refund in case of overpayment or you will be required to pay the surplus in case of underpayment. An overview of all registration fees can be found here. Requests to change an existing registration will not be accepted after 5 October 2022, and will be considered as a new full registration.
Day registrations are only possible for the face-to-face event in Barcelona, and can only be obtained onsite. There are no day registrations for the virtual conference. It is also not possible to register only for a specific session.
Replacements of existing registrations are free of charge until 5 October 2022. If the replacement request is submitted after this deadline, it will be considered as a new registration and the full rate will apply.
All cancellation requests must be made in writing (email only) and sent to ebcc@eortc.org. Cancellations received by 5 October 2022 are subject to a 100 EUR administration fee per participant. In case of cancellation after 5 October 2022, no refund will be possible.
The European Breast Cancer Conference, Barcelona, Spain, has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) with 14 European CME credits (ECMEC®s). Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.
