Call for abstracts
The EORTC Summit welcomes abstracts addressing key challenges in clinical cancer research across its four thematic tracks.
Abstracts should focus on how research is designed, conducted, evaluated or implemented, rather than on the presentation of trial results. Selected abstracts will be presented as posters, supporting dialogue, critical exchange and networking across the clinical cancer research community. All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee, with outcomes communicated in January 2027.
We particularly encourage submissions from early‑career researchers.
Notification & release
The final decision regarding presentation format lies entirely at the discretion of the Scientific Committee.
REVIEW OUTCOME
The presenting author will receive the review outcome and the Scientific Committee’s decision by email no later than mid-December 2026.
PROGRAMME RELEASE
PLEASE NOTE: Titles will be released in the programme once the authors have been notified of acceptance of abstracts.
