All rates include 10% Spanish VAT

Day rate of 495 EUR is available only on site in Barcelona as of 24 March 2026.

* The Patient Advocate rate applies exclusively for individuals who are a member of Patient Advocate Organisation.
** A letter from the Head of the Department is requested as a proof of the student / resident in training status.
*** Emerging Economies rate applies to individuals from low and lower-middle-income economies according to the World Bank listing.

The registration fee includes:

Access to all scientific sessions including the Opening Ceremony, satellite symposia, exhibition and poster area.
Invitation to the Welcome Reception in the Exhibition.
Coffee breaks (lunch not included).
Exclusive access to the EBCC App for 3 months post conference.
All conference materials will be distributed onsite.
No material will be sent before the event.

Methods of payment

All payments are in Euro (€) and the full amount must be received before access to the conference is given.

To facilitate easy processing, please indicate your registration number in your remittance(s).

Confirmation of Registration

We will send you a final confirmation of your registration by email once your payment has been received.

Cancellation and refund

All cancellation requests must be made in writing (email only) and sent to ebcc@eortc.org.

Cancellations received by  4 February 2026 are subject to a
125 EUR administration fee per participant.

In case of cancellation after 4 February 2026, no refund will be possible.

Instructions for Group Bookers

A group consists of minimum 5 persons. Smaller groups need to use the individual registration form.
Once the group registration form is completed, unique e-voucher codes will be created for each group participant.
The group booker is responsible to send each group participant their unique e-voucher code, which will allow the group participant to complete their own details. Detailed instructions on this process will be sent to the group booker on completion of the registration form and are also available via the button below.
The deadline to receive group participant data is 11 March 2026. Any changes after this date will be treated as a new registration.

AIFA Regulations for Italian pharmaceutical companies

AIFA accreditation for pharmaceutical companies that produce or market drugs that have relevance to the themes of the conference:
EBCC-15 has appointed Atlante Viaggi to collect and present all applications for pharmaceutical companies with the Italian Medicines Agency in compliance with the instructions given by its Legislative Order nr. 219/2006 Art. 124 §2.
