Call for abstracts

Abstracts submitted for presentation at the EORTC-NCI-AACR Symposium will be reviewed by an international panel of experts in the relevant field and will be judged solely on the data provided. The final decision regarding the presentation format of all selected abstracts lies entirely at the discretion of the Scientific Committee.

Abstract submission: 13 April – 8 July 2026
Late Breaking Abstract submission: 12-19 October 2026

Abstracts submitted after the stipulated deadline will not be considered.

Authors are strongly advised to submit their abstracts prior to the deadline and avoid any delays that may affect the evaluation of their work.
For any abstract-related queries, please contact: sabien.dehanscutter@eortc.org

Submitting an abstract for the 38th EORTC‑NCI‑AACR Symposium does not constitute registration for the event. If selected for presentation, abstract presenters must register to attend the 38th EORTC‑NCI‑AACR Symposium.

The presenting author will receive the review outcome and the Scientific Committee’s decision by email no later than mid-September 2026.

All other abstracts will be released on the day of presentation.
